Extension to the Deadline for Re-submission of the Ultimate Beneficial Owners data through the Final Solution System– Register of Beneficial Owners

Following the announcement by the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property (“Registrar”) on November 14, 2023, regarding the Final Solution implementation for the electronic system of the Register of Beneficial Owners (the
“Register”), we wish to update you on recent developments. The Registrar has officially extended Phase A from December 31, 2023, to February 29, 2024, as published in the Official Gazette of the Republic (Κ.Δ.Π. 401/2023). Consequently, the deadline for the submission/re-submission of Ultimate Beneficial Owners details through the Final Solution is now set for February 29, 2024.
